PAYMENT
We accept payment via paypal and direct deposit. Our bank details are provided at the completion of your order, please use your order number as your reference number. Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will be processed once funds have cleared.
POSTAGE
All orders are sent by Australia Post express post pre-paid satchels, this allows for fast and reliable delivery. Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you with your barcode number for postage tracking.
We endeavor to pack all parcels as safely and as carefully as possible, we cannot however guarantee that Australia Post will be as careful with your parcel.
We are currently sending out most orders on two delivery days, Tuesday and Thursday. If you have an urgent order please contact us first to ensure that we can meet your deadline. Orders should be placed the day before our delivery day if you want it make it into the post on the next available posting day. If in any case the quantity of stock you have ordered is not in stock or if we are expecting delays, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.
Postage is currently calculated by the quantity of items you order, these prices may be adjusted if we see any under or overcharging as we package orders, any overcharging will be refunded after postage and we reserve the right to increase postage costs or select a different postage method if the costs for your parcel well exceed the amount paid. Prices are currently 1-3 items $9.20 {500g satchel}, 4-7 items $12.55 {3kg satchel}, 8 or more items $20.85 {5kg satchel}, some larger items will have a higher quantity applied to them. If you would prefer your items sent via standard post please email us first and we can give you a quote, we highly recommend using registered post if you choose this method. Prices are applicable Australia wide only.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We can ship world wide, please contact us PRIOR to ordering with the products you wish to order and we will provide you with a shipping quote and paypal invoice. All international orders must be paid by paypal.
RETURNS
We check all our products before shipping to ensure that products are not damaged in any form. If however any items are faulty please contact us within 24hours of receiving your order.

Every effort has been made to provide an accurate display of the product colours shown on our website, however we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colours accurately.

We pride ourselves in providing quality items, The Princess and the Pirate original designs are printed and produced professionally but please be aware all items are packed and finishing touches are done by hand.
