1. I have a question, what is the best way to get in contact?

Our preferred method of contact is email at info@theprincessandthepirate.com.au, you can also call Marissa  0439393011 or Liz 0403451909 during business hours.  Please be aware though that Marissa works from home with two small children and Liz works full time at another job throughout the week so we may not always be able to answer your call.

2. Where is my order being sent from?

All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane office.  Please note that Liz runs the Brisbane office which contains our stock and sends all the parcels, Marissa lives in the Northern Territory and does the online side of the business and has limited stock supplies available to her. 

3. Can I pick up my order?

Our office is located a little out of Brisbane and is not set up for pick ups at this time.

4. I'm after my parcel in a hurry can it be sent today?

As Liz is the only person who packages orders and works full time during the week at another job this is something that is unfortunately not possible in most instances, orders are packed at night after hours and taken to the post office during a lunch break or after Liz's work hours. 

5. Can you do cheaper postage?

We prefer to send items by Australia Post express satchel as we have fortunately had a good reliable run with them,  parcels arrive within 1-2 working days after they have been posted.  Regular post can be requested however we will quote on registered post and in some instances regular post may be the same as a express pre paid satchel.  Couriers are not currently an option due to Liz working full time at another job throughout the day. 

You are welcome to email for a quote on regular post with your order details and postcode or place your order with a request for regular post in the comments section and we will send by the cheapest option and refund any differences.

6. Postage has come up at $20 but I only ordered small items?

Due to the cart set up postage is calculated in quantity of items not weight and size, if your items fit into a smaller satchel you will be refunded the excess postage charged.

7. Who designed your invitations and coordinated accessories?

All our invitations, tags, paper bunting etc were hand drawn and designed by Liz, they are sent to a local graphic illustrator who converts the hand drawn images to digital files.

8. Where are your products printed?

All our products are printed right here in Australia, most from a Brisbane owned and operated professional printer.

9. Are your items available wholesale?

We are currently offering some products wholesale to a small selection of bricks and mortar stores, please email us with any enquiries.
